Changing Seasons

At the end of the wet season and early dry season the land starts to dry up and the sky fills with hundreds of dragonflies. When the sky fills with dragonflies we know that the goanna are fat and we can go hunting for them. In this painting the dragon flies are flying over the rain puddles that are left behind.  The circular design in the background represents the billabongs and water holes left behind from the wet season rainfalls.
